Creating My Free Account
How do I sign up for an account?
Go to the registration page, provide us with a little information about yourself, create a password, and click Log In. Registration is required to enter the NonprofitReady learning portal where you can take free training.
I tried creating an account, but I received an error message that says my email address is already in use. What should I do?
This means you already have an account on NonprofitReady.org or on our other free online learning site, DisasterReady.org. Go to the login page and log in with your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, click on the reset password link and enter your email address to receive a reset link. If you do not receive an email, please contact our Live Support Team.
I tried creating an account, but I received an error message that says my email address is not valid. What should I do?
Make sure your email is in this format:
For example, an acceptable email would be jane.smith@organization.org.
If your email is in this format, make sure to delete any extra spaces at the end of your email address and try again. If you still cannot create an account with your email address, please contact our Live Support Team.
Can I take courses from anywhere in the world?
Yes, NonprofitReady is a free online learning portal that is available to anyone, anywhere, in any country.
Logging in to My Account
How do I log in?
Go to the NonprofitReady login page and use the same email address and password you created when you registered. Registration is required to enter the NonprofitReady learning portal.
I tried logging in, but I received an error message that says I entered invalid authentication credentials. What does this mean? What should I do?
An invalid authentication credentials error message is caused by one of the following issues:

You do not have an account with NonprofitReady

Solution: Go to the registration page and create an account with the email you would like to use.

I clicked reset password, and entered my email address, but did not receive an email.
First, check your spam filters or folders and look for an email from “info@nonprofitready.org” with the subject “Reset your NonprofitReady portal password”. If you cannot find the email or believe no email was sent, please contact our Live Support Team for assistance.

I forgot my password. How can I create a new one?
